"Go through" focuses on the current state or the path, whereas "get through" focuses on the end state.
No matter what you go through, it is important to stay strong. --> This is about the struggles as they occur not about the end result.
You can get through this. --> reaching the end of a struggle.
Let's say you are trying to get past a crowd of people in your way. You could use both, but they have slightly different meanings.
First, we will need to get through this crowd. --> Focuses on the end of the crowd or once you are out of the crowd
First, we will need to go through this crowd. --> Focuses moving through the crowd
Sorry this is kind of difficult to explain, so if you still don't understand please feel free to ask for more examples.

It’s not much of a difference- not anything I can really explain, but the only thing I can think of is when your ‘getting’ through something is more so dealing with something while to go through something is passing through something (that’s really confusing- I don’t know if this helps), but if your confused don’t worry about it too much.
Go; I’m going through a door
Get; I’m getting through some mental problems.
Or you can use it for future tense??

@Haley1031 When you get through something, you navigate it and/or overcome it. “Go through” is used to describe the process of coping with or dealing with something, not necessarily the outcome of said experience.
