What does this "bone head" mean in the following sentence: " I don't know where I would be without her and my little bone head of a brother". Does this mean that his brother is stupid? I have read this fanfiction and they are close to each other so it would be weird if he calls his brother stupid.

@Babbaaabaa yeah they are calling their brother stupid haha it’s just a joke though, they don’t mean it for real, it’s just play fighting! That phrase isn’t very common though, if anything it’s knuckle head haha

It's kind of an affectionate way to say he is being stupid. It's common for siblings to tease or make fun of each other if they are close. Bonehead is a really soft insult. I would call someone I'm close to that if they did something silly/stupid.

@fox_w_mulder Okay, thanks. :) That fanfiction was "Big hero 6" Have you seen the movie by the way? I guess, that "bone head" word was used because in the movie it was said: "I hope you learned your lesson, bonehead" So, I'm assume that sentence in the movie ("I hope you learned your lesson, bonehead") was just playful teasing or even affectionate as you said :)
