ないで is just the te form of 無い (ない)
If ないで is at the end of the sentence, it just means "don't"

@harshitsushma Not sure what you mean by "for other person"
書かない = Will not write
I'm also learning Japanese so I don't know if people write "書きませ", but it looks to me like it should be "書きません”
書きません = Do not write

@harshitsushma English doesn’t have 敬語 for it so there’s no difference!
But if you were asking about ないで and ないでください, in English it is “don’t ____” and “please don’t _____”

ookkkkk....then ( nai) - will not
(...masen) - don't ....isn't it???
(...masen) - don't ....isn't it???

どっちも「will not/won’t」です。
I will not forget
I will not forget

@harshitsushma I put (私は)忘れない because the translation depends on the pronoun.
They will not write
You will not write
She will not write
I hope this makes sense!
