A PYROMANIAC is addicted to setting fires.
AN ARSONIST is someone who sets a building or property on fire. But they might just do it once for financial or vindictive reasons. In other words: ALL PYROMANIACS ARE ARSONISTS, BUT NOT ALL ARSONISTS ARE PYROMANIACS.

hhhhh,it is translated literally to Chinese means an adorable person

We don't have such an expression in American English. The word ADORABLE usually relates to children or babies. If you mean an attractive man or woman we would describe them as HOT, SEXY or A HOTTIE.

@jassicazzz We don't use "heart's pyromaniac", but we do say that someone "started a fire in my heart"

It has such a different meaning between two languages.interesting. hhhhhh

An arsonist is someone who commits the crime of "arson" by willfully setting fire to a building or property, to damage/destroy the property, harm the owner, or defraud the insurer.
A pyromaniac has a mental illness involving impulses to set fires and an inability to control the impulses.
One argument is that a pyromaniac cannot commit arson because they do not have criminal intent. A pyromaniac sets fires as part of a mental illness involving fire, whereas an arsonist sets fires for financial gain, to cause destruction or harm, or as part of a mental illness unrelated to impulses to set fires (such as schizophrenic delusions).
