Question about English (US)

What does “At any point during the internship will you be working out of one of the follow locations: North Dakota, Wyoming, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands?”
mean?

I am so confused about the meaning of “working out of”. If I will never work in the places above, should I answer Yes or No? Thank you.
