“I was wondering if I could please...” is more formal.
When writing an email, use “please” and “thank you” or “thanks so much because these are seen as polite.
Also, never tell someone to do something through an email. Always ask if you need them to do something for you. Say something like, “Can you please...?”
Hopefully this helps! Keep up the good work! 파이팅!

"I was wondering if I could please have your recommendation?"
"Can you please look over my work and give me a comment?"

They are very understandable, but to make them more natural, I would use, “I was wondering if you could please send me a recommendation.” The second looks good!
