'Their' = owned by someone
example: Their hair is very pretty

'There' = Where something is
example: Your food is over there

The first sentence sounds correct
Instead of 'One of my family has', you should say 'one of my family members.'
For example:
"One of my family members deposited money to my account on 21/01/21"
