@diegojjfl No, if you're annoying me I would say: "You're getting under my skin". It's more common to use that expression when you're describing someone else's behavior, who isn't there. For example, "They were really getting under my skin, so I had to walk away".
"getting under someone's skin" is the same as "pushing someone's buttons". For example, "You really know how to push my buttons" (you really know how to make me mad).
