Fatigues are the combat uniform of a soldier.
To "go commando" is to not wear underwear. So he's saying he doesn't want to wear another man's pants with no underwear.

@hitherehiguys He probably means it as he isn’t going to go full commando when he is very tired, fatigues is is another way to say “tire out”
Fatigue itself isn’t a very common word that gets used, if I mean fatigue im usually going to use tired.

hi! for me, i think that the person meant that he won't follow that person's order. it's like an idiom. 저에게는 그 사람이 그 사람의 명령을 따르지 않겠다는 뜻인 것 같아요. 숙어 같아요.
