Pretty good. I only have a few small changes. At the beginning, you need something before “keeping distance.” For example, you could put “you should” or “we will”. Then keeping should be be changed to “keep” so it would be “you should keep your distance,” or “we will keep our distance”. The “the while you drive in China” could also be subject to change, depending on what changes you make at the beginning. It could be “while we drive in China” or “while you drive”. The next change I would make is to change “wherever to “whether” because whether acts as a word that decides one thing or another, like you said, “in right direction or not” the word wherever is used usually in a way to determine where something or someone could be. An example would be “wherever you are, I will find you.” The last thing would to simply put a “the” between the words in and right.
Sorry if this seems too long and it seems like I’m nitpicking, the English language is extremely tough and has a bunch of complexities and nuances to it. This is a pretty complex sentence, and you seem to have got most of it right. That is very impressive. If you said this sentence to a native English speaker, they would most likely understand what you were saying, which is also impressive too, even with the minor flaws in the sentence structure

@Dong1 Is this a part of a sentence or a sentence? Because I don’t know what you want to say about “keeping distance with bakes and scooters while you drive in China”, do you mean that you always do that, or that it is common etiquette?

@blue936 Hm. It's common etiquette. But am trying to say, People who ride scooters and bikes always break the rules, sometimes they ride on the vehicle’s lanes, and sometimes they ride in the opposite direction. You should keep your distance. @qmnavarro No worries. I would love people to correct my sentences, even with punctuation marks. I am kind of crazy about writing English.
