Please correct my journal 🐻 🐾

I got a mouth ulcer. It looked like frogspawn.
I knew that touching the mouth ulcer with my tongue makes it harder to cure, but I ended up touching it.
When I touched the place where there was the mouth ulcer, it was gone.
Where did it go?
I wonder if it turned in to a tadpole and go back to a pond or something.
the mouth ulcer is a mysterious symptom.

After few days, when I tried to touch the area where there was a mouth ulcer, it was suddenly gone.

Where did it go?
I wonder if it turned in to a tadpole and go back to a pond or went somewhere.
the mouth ulcer is a mysterious symptom (for me).

口内炎が出来た。まるでカエルの卵のようでした。舌で触ると治りにくくなるのは知っていたけど、触ってしまう。
ふと口内炎があった所を舌で触れたら、どこかに消えていた。どこに行ったの？
おたまじゃくしにでもなって、池かどこかに行ったのかな？
口内炎は謎な症状だよね～。

I had a mouth ulcer (before). It looked like a frog's egg. I knew that touching it with my tongue would make it harder to heal; but I touched it (again).
Suddenly, I touched the place where the mouth ulcer was with my tongue, and it disappeared (all of the sudden). it goes somewhere (I think). Where did it go?
Did it turn into a tadpole or something and go to the pond or somewhere else?
Stomatitis is a mysterious symptom, isn't it?
