Question about English (US)

should I use "possessive pronouns" or "objective pronouns" before gerunds
here's two examples I just thought of

1.
(A)"His" being indifferent toward me makes me sad.

(B)"Him" being indifferent toward me makes me sad.

2.
(A)You need to stop making excuses for "you" not turning in your assignment promptly.

(B) You need to stop making excuses for "your" not turning in your assignment promptly.
