"Didn't cheated" is never correct.
"He hadn't cheated." means he did not cheat up to this point.
"He didn't cheat." simply means he did not cheat, this can mean habitually cheating in the past or at some specific point in the past.

In my opinion, the first one sounds much better because they're both past perfect.
You could say "I would win if you didn't cheat", both present.

"I would've won if you hadn't cheated" is correct.
The form of the third conditional is [If + past perfect, S + would have + part participle]
Also after "didn't" we only use an infinitive (V).

@eeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhh I would say "I would've gotten the job if I hadn't woken up late". In present "I got the job because I didn't wake up late".
