they all mean the same thing but #3 would be the most common.
You could also say:
The Kivi (I don't know what that is... do you mean KIWI) isn't ripe yet. (you don't have to say FRUITS and it sounds funny anyway to make FRUIT plural...)
#1 - to say fruit is RAW, sounds funny. RAW means not cooked, and you would mostly say it about MEAT, fish, chicken.
