Please correct my essay.

I love baseball so much. I’ve played baseball for 14 years long from third grades to graduating from university. Now, I work as an umpire, not player. The reason why I started playing baseball is that I would have watched baseball games on TV when I was a child and my dad liked baseball. When I was a young, I liked catchers and umpires who were wearing masks. I wanted to play a catcher, but I actually played a pitcher. At first, I was an overhand pitcher, but I turned to be a sidearm pitcher or a submarine. Although I couldn’t pitch a fast ball, I was confident with my control and breaking ball. I was able to pitch 5 kinds of breaking ball. Baseball practice was so much though, but it’s one of my best memories in the now. I’ve kept in touch with my teammates.
