“that one” in this situation sounds a little unnatural. Maybe you mean to say “My mindset is what I need to fix.” Or “My mindset is that which I need to fix.” (aquello que/lo que)

@HDGD it’s just like if you said something like “Mi forma de pensar que uno necesito arreglar.” It’s the “that one” that doesn’t sound natural.
