"out" is already implied when you say "go to"
to sound natural you would say "you could go to an airport where a bank is open"
even better to say "you could go to an airport that has a bank that's open"

@ezzgiuzzun in both sentences, it should be “the airport” ( a specific airport) or “an airport” (any airport)
You could go to the airport, where a bank is always open.
You could go out to an airport, where a bank is always open.
Both sentences sound natural and have that same meaning.

Both sentences are correct if you add an article before airport (the airport or an airport). Using the word ”out” adds a bit more information. It gives the sense that you must go out of town to get to the airport, or go farther away.
For instance, the Phoenix airport is in the middle of the city, so a person probably wouldn’t choose to add out. They would say you could go to the airport...But if the person had to drive to the Mesa airport, which is next to the desert on the edge of the city, they would be more inclined to say I have to drive out to the airport.
