The correct one is "want my heart to break".
On the first one, "to be" is already a verb so it's not quite right to add another verb after it. But still, keep in mind that there are some conditions where it's correct to use two verbs in one sentence.
If you still want to use the word "to be", it would be something like "want my heart to be broken"

@hptab2611 grammar rule doesn't apply to creative writing like song lyrics, poetry, poem, etc.
