@shinada You could make the sentence better if you say “Though we usually went to conveyor belt sushi bars, that restaurant did not have a conveyor belt. They served our food according to our order.” Hope this helped:)

The first sentence looks correct. You should although mention what sushi restaurant you're talking about or just write 'this sushi restaurant'.
In the next sentence, it's correct till the comma, add an 'a' before conveyor and change bars to bar.
Remove the comma after the word 'bars' and add a full stop instead.
Start the next sentence by replacing 'it' by 'the sushi'. The last sentence is grammatically correct.
I apologise if I confused you or failed to explain it properly. The grammatically correct version (according to me) should look something like this:
The most expensive restaurant I've ever been to is this sushi restaurant. Though we usually go to conveyor belt sushi bars, but that restaurant was not a conveyor belt sushi bar. The sushi there was served one by one according to our order. It was expensive but worth it.

Almost perfect.
"The most expensive restaurant I've been to is a sushi restaurant. Though we usually go to conveyor belt sushi bars, this time we went to a different sushi bar that served us one by one according to our order. It was so expensive but it was worth it."

The most expensive restaurant I've been to is a sushi restaurant. Even though we usually go to conveyor belt sushi bars, that restaurant didn't have a conveyor belt, so they served our food according to our order. It was really expensive, but it was worth eating there.
