Go away means leave. So in order for emotions to leave you (you stop feeling them) you need to allow yourself to feel those emotions.

If correct English, as in below, is it okay to write without "in order" ?

@glitterK Yes it’s better if you write it without in order but if you leave the in order in the sentence it is also fine :)
