Question about English (US)
Does "even a little positive" mean just a little positive? I learned even emphasizes next word.
I googled "uneventful" and it said uneventful doesn't sound negative. It sounds neutral or even a little positive.

ですから 「もし失敗するとしても、やってみる。」「もし雨だとしても、行く。」という意味です。

@Meare7 so "uneventful sounds neutral or even a little positive." means uneventful sounds neutral, and even if it sounds positive, it's a little.
Is that correct????🤯
日本語:
uneventfulはニュートラルで、もしポジティブに聞こえたとしても少しです。

@Meare7 Thank you so much for the examples! I'm still not sure how to use even but I understand uneventful 😂 I guess it can be neutral, positive(as The quiet, uneventful scene on the frontier appeared.) and negative (=not exciting; uninteresting)

It's neutral type of boredom... You just state a fact... But it depends on how you say it.
