"When you drive a car in a state of drunk, you are more likely to have an accident" i think is more correct and natural

Not quite. It should be “If you drink and drive, you’re more likely to get in an accident” or “If you drive while drunk, you’re more likely to get in an accident.”

yes it's correct but you can also replace "you drive a car in a drunk state" with "driving a car while intoxicated"
FYI, "driving while intoxicated" is often abbreviated to DWI
