Yes ๋ฐand ๋๋ผ has same meaning. As you said, we just use ๋๋ผ mostly and barely use ๋ฐ. People might think that only the old use ๋ฐ because it sounds like kind of ์ฌํฌ๋ฆฌ and it is true that most people scarcely use ๋ฐ

We use ์์๋๋ผ when we โsawโ someone beautiful and say it to others. We use ์์๋ when we โheardโ that someone is beautiful and say it to others. But ์์โ๋ฐโ and ์์๋๋ผ is same. ์์โ๋โ and ์์โ๋ฐโ is different
