I'm no longer doing something means you're not doing it, but you were doing it in the past.
"I'm no longer happy" means you were happy but you are not currently.
"I'm not longer" is incorrect, unless you're talking about the physical size of someone

@KiaBeatriz You could say "I no longer love you" to say you loved them but now you do not.

@KiaBeatriz All of them mean that you used to do/have/be the thing you're talking about, but you do not anymore. You no longer do/have/are X.

You can use "I no longer [verb]" and "I'm no longer [adjective/article + noun]."
"I no longer drink." (verb)
"I'm no longer a teacher." (noun)
The example by the other commenter uses an adjective.
