저는 '읽다'를 제외하고는 모두 받침 둘 다 발음합니다.

받침 두 개를 동시에 모두 발음하는 경우는 표준 발음법상 제가 알기로 없습니다.
하지만 모든 사람이 표준 발음대로 발음하지는 않습니다.
