casi, no se pronuncia como R, sino D. casi todos los T que son en el medio de una palabra se pronuncia como D. ejemplos: city: cidy, battle: baddle.

si, casi siempre, pero en algunas palabras complicados todavía suena como Te. un ejemplo es tactful, interchangeable, extracurricular. no sé si hay reglas de cuando suena como D y cuando t
