It’s natural but it will be better if you say what you have want to say in place of answer or change the sentence a bit
For example:- “ When I have to give a speech all by myself I don’t know how should I begin with it .
You can even say I don’t even know how to begin with it.
If you want to say it with your lines you can say it like this-
“ When I have to answer a question all by myself I don’t even know how to begin with my answer.”
