same thing except I do speak English is mostly use when asking a do question. For example you only say it when someone ask you do you speak English?

@Lemon-san thank you for your answer and as far as i know, do + verb is used as a emphasis sentence. Am i right?

The first one is normal. The second one is using "do" for emphasis.
Someone: This guy doesn't speak English
This guy: I do speak English!
