pwees can be like a cute way of trying to say please but these are not proper English words

It is a cute or childish way of saying "please". Some young kids have problems with "L" or "R" sounds and will use "W" sounds instead, so they might say "Pweese" (please), "wabbit" (rabbit), "tawking" (talking).
