@chika5 Yes, you definitely can, for both sentences 1 and 2. But it's a dramatic statement, so it's best to use in situations where either A) a use of strong language is warranted, or B) you want to use strong language in a facetious way.
Also, double sounds more casual, and is more common, than twofold.
例場面
1)
*you're asking for a really big favor*
You: Can you please help me with this? I know it's a big inconvenience, so I promise I'll repay you double.
Friend: Sure no problem!
2)
* Your boyfriend kicks you playfully *
You, facetiously: I swear on my family's name and all that's holy I will repay you twofold for this crime.
3)
Judge, at criminal's sentencing: Due to the heinousness of this crime, the pain you inflicted on others will be repaid to you double.

@vaer Thank you soooo much! I understand clearly now.
Do you think "to pay it back" is casual way to say that?
Could you tell me if you know any good expressions instead of repay?(I don't need to use double/twofold this time)
Sorry for asking many times😔

@chika5 Ask as many questions as you like -- I'm happy to help!
Yes, definitely "to pay it back" is the most natural and common way to express both revenge and gratitude. They're definitely more common than double/twofold. "Repay" without double/twofold is pretty common too, though.
Here are some examples with some natural interactions and variations of expression:
お礼
"Thanks for letting me borrow your car. I owe you big-time!"
"Thanks for letting me borrow your car. I owe you one!"
"Thanks for letting me borrow your car. I'll have to repay the favor!"
"Thanks for letting me borrow twenty dollars. I promise I'll pay you back."
"Thanks for running that errand for me. I'll pay you back one day soon."
復讐
"I need to think of a plan for revenge to pay that guy back for standing me up."
"My wife played a practical joke on me, so now I'm thinking about how I can pay her back."
