It would be clearer to say that the friendship is "one-sided."

@BR97 People probably won't understand you. Bias doesn't mean imbalance; it means a flaw in the way people perceive and think about the world.

I think one-sided might be the best answer , and to trying to use “bias “ would not be correct and what you are trying to express is an unbalanced relationship or friendship. Unbalanced.
