“Me too” would be the way of saying it
Like “I want to come”, “yeah, me too”
The only time you would ever use “I too” would be like if you are saying a full sentence and say something like “I too found the play to be boring”, but then, that “I too” kind of brings about an air of formalness or like “high class” or something and isn’t how it would normally be said
