@egoist_E Yeah, so you would think that the “really” would be emphasizing and in some way it might be here, but really, it almost acts here as making it sound more casual. Like not necessarily casual as in informal, but like, just saying “really” here is kind of how I am saying “like” in my response, like it makes it a little casual and maybe also adds some voice.
Again, all of this is really situation dependent and more of like how it feels than what it actually means, which is why I didn’t really say anything at first (see the “really” there being used in this way, as like making it more casual and maybe loose), because I just knew that it was more of a thing that at some point, you pick up just through enough exposure and usage.
It’s also something that native speakers don’t really think about all that much, like at all. It’s just something we do, like for instance, this is the most time I ever spent thinking about it and so that’s what I came up with and how I can beat explain it to you, but previously, I would have just had an internal feeling that “really” can kind of make it sound well, I don’t know, casual-like, but it also doesn’t have to, etc.
Ultimately, it’s just how we speak, and I imagine you will eventually pick it up with enough exposure and usage

They all mean generally the same thing, just kind of different ways of saying it, with different subtle differences I suppose.
Like if you say “it doesn’t make any sense”, then you are stressing the fact that it makes absolutely no sense.
But all in all, they mean the same thing and you will just pick up on the different ways of saying things as you continue learning
