Can ‘chain’ means all the thing you wear on your body , like wrist or leg?

"chain" is just a generic term for a sequence of links
neck -> necklace
arm -> bracelet
ankle -> anklet
They can all be made from a chain, but you wouldn't just refer to them as "chains" if you're talking about jewellery.
