Here it means "finally a body lotion that UNDERSTANDS me."
its just a casual/slang term that has come up.
We hear this A LOT in Canada. It always means that it "understands" me/you/them.
its like saying "this body lotion understands what i want."

@SeamusSoukoreff that was what I assumed, but does get have meaning like make laugh? I often come across it in the comments on youtube. Something like *time code* it got me

@h3yDonil "it gets me" has become a young person joke. Young people, like me, will say it when something randomly understandably/relatable can be applied to them.
It can be used in any sentence, but it is often used in joke sentences.
So, it isn't a joke, but it is often said in joke statements/sentences because it is casual/slang.
Does that make sense?

@h3yDonil Yes. So, that would mean "the *time code* is understandable/relatable to me.
You have noticed that it is usually silly/a joke. That is its use in humour/jokes.

@h3yDonil But, I might say that "the pastor/minister 'got' what I am going through."
It doesn't NEED to be a joke. It just is, often.
