Question about English (US)
How do you say this in English (US)? 미안해 정신없어서 연락을 못했다
Sorry,
I've been so distracted that I couldn't contact you.
I've been so hectic that I couldn't reach you out.
I was all over the place so I couldn't reach you out.
(Does it sound natural? to your friend?)

@Hana-1228 "you"haven't been hectic, your work/your day has been hectic.
therefore "my day has been so hectic that..." or "work has been so hectic that..." will be correct.
"I was so all over the place that..." sounds more natural, you need to include "so" ^^

@Hana-1228 hectic isn't specifically formal or informal, you can use it anyhow!
being all over the place implies being confused, disorganised, or unable to think clearly
