Which one is correct:
He believes it's going to snow tomorrow
He believes it'll snow tomorrow
He believes it snows tomorrow
which one is wrong and what is the difference between the correct ones..

"simple present" can have a future meaning. I wanna know if the meaning is closer to "going to " or "will"
