"I don't have any books." is the most natural to say.

@Anth22 "I don't have books." is also correct, but it's more natural to say "any books". It's also correct to leave out "books" if you're replying to a question.
"Do you have books?"
"I don't have any."
In that case it's understood you mean "books".

@Anth22 They sound strange. "I have no books." is almost natural, but the other two are very strange. They are possibly grammatical, but not the kind of speech you'd actually hear (at least not in America).

@Anth22 "I haven't got any books." might work. I would just stick to "I don't have any books.", really, it'll save you a lot of headache. :)
