@noooonn9 Out of context being "put off" by something means it slightly disturbs or disgusts you. you don't like it or don't want it. So if something "puts you off" you are slightly grossed out by it in a sense.

@noooonn9 also, when I say "how can I make you not like me" I mean not be fond of me or not enjoy being with me. Just realized that can have two meanings.
