I really don’t like it can imply “I strongly dislike it.”
Example: You eat something that tastes terrible.
“I really don’t like it.”
I don’t really like it means “ I don’t actually like it” or “I don’t like it very much”
Example
You eat something that’s supposed to be really good, but you have to admit:
“I don’t really like it.”

Pick-up has a few meanings, but one of them is “to lift”. In your sentences the meaning is the same.
If so, then and in that case
Examples:
If we want to have fun this weekend, then we need to study today.
Do you want to have fun this weekend? If so, you’d better study today.
(Notice that the “if” and “then” are separated in the first sentence. “If.....then” is the same as “if so” in meaning, but the placement is different.
We are planning to have a lot of fun this weekend.
In that case, you’d better start studying now.
‘In that case’ could be replaced with ‘if so’ and keep the same meaning.

@Jxj3 Thank you so much, so in that case, if so, if.... then, then have the same meaning, right
- Indonesian
and lift vs pick up have the same meaning, right
- English (US)
Yes.
Pick-up and lift can mean the same exact thing. But only if used that way because pick-up has other meanings as well.
If .........then, is the same as “if so” in meaning. It just requires different sentence structure.
