Question about English (US)

Please correct this conversation and make it more natural.

A: Do you usually eat vegetables?

B: No, I hardly eat them. I think they are basically delicious and I know that they are good for our health. However, if I try to eat them every day, I will spend a little bit of money. In addition, even if I could eat them every day, it would be difficult to meet the daily nutrient requirements by only eating them. So, I don't try to eat them from the beginning. I take a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement instead since I can take enough nutrition by spending less money and effort. Having said that, it is actually better to eat them, so I want to eat them usually if I can afford to buy them in the future.
