âcome into my headâ isnât a phrase thatâs used. I actually imagine aliens dissecting a brain when I read it, lol. It looks like thereâs a song named that, and in the MV, there is a scene where sheâs taking a scalpel to her head.
People will still understand you, but it sounds a bit off / strange.
I wouldnât put it past me that thereâs some rural town in the US where they say this phrase...because the US is large. But if you want to sound natural at all, I wouldnât use âcome into my headâ
âcame to mindâ or âpopped into my headâ is what youâll want to use.

@taptothebeat ahh ok now I get what you mean, I wasn't sure whether you were from else where or not, a different country, and for that reason whether there are differences when it comes to using expressions, but I get it now, and thank you so much!! this I needed to know as well to speak better english :)
