'My computer has broken.' Is correct. But, I think 'My computer is broken.' sounds more natural.'
'My computer has been broken.' Implies that the computer has been broken for a long time.

@hhoc2000 In both cases, the computer is not working. In #2, the computer has not been working before now and does not work now.
