Question about English (US)

Could you tell me, is it natural and grammar is right?
also, I have to use "wrap up" sentence.
wrap up
仕事・交渉事を滞りなく終える

I think that I make finish work one by one.
Of course, complete finishing is good or even if it is not a magnificent thing itself.
To sum up, finishing is an important thing.
However, I wonder whether we work to wrap up or not.
I wonder only finish probably true.
As once starting to think these things, my day will finish, I stopped to think about it.
