AhĂ es para señalar algo que estĂĄ cerca, allĂ es para algo que estĂĄ lejos y allĂĄ para algo que estĂĄ muy muy lejos, mĂĄs que con lo que puedas señalar con allĂ đ

Imagina que me preguntas dĂłnde tengo aparcado el coche, como estĂĄ cerca de los dos te digo "el coche estĂĄ ahĂ", lo podemos ver pero si el coche estĂĄ lejos usarĂa allĂ o allĂĄ, el coche estĂĄ allĂ/allĂĄ (ambos son vĂĄlidos para la lejanĂa) puede incluso que sea difĂcil ver el coche desde nuestra posiciĂłn, need more examples

In European Spanish "allĂĄ" is only used after "para" and "mĂĄs" and in a few fixed expressions.
But there's no difference at all between "allĂ" and "allĂĄ".
Same with "aquĂ" and "acĂĄ".
AquĂ / AcĂĄ = Here
AhĂ = There
AllĂ / AllĂĄ = There (further)
Ven aquĂ = Ven para acĂĄ
Ve allĂ = Ve para allĂĄ
