Yes the phrase is grammatically correct. There is a style issue that make it sound odd. You begin the sentence with a very formal-sounding description of Canadian landscapes. With the formal beginning, I expect that formal tone to continue to the end. Then you finish the sentence with "pretty awesome landscapes".
Pretty used in this way is fine, but it has a less formal tone. "Awesome" has a slightly different problem.
You are using "awesome" correctly in its traditional sense. However, it has become common use awesome as meaning very good, rather than inspiring awe. For this reason I try to avoid awesome unless the tone of me sentence is very formal. Only in this setting can I be sure that my use of the word will not be misunderstood. An alternative would be to write, "... Canada is home to some extraordinary and memorable landscapes!"
