Question about English (US)

what does the audio say?
I want to know what does the guy say?
I hear something like "Get based" but I don't know if that's a real expression. The context is that the girl is telling a story about how she got drunk in a restaurant while she was waiting for her friend to arrive, so she says "looking like such a looser, so I ordered a glass of wine" and that's when the guy says something like Get based and I think that he's referenig that she started to order or something like that. And my other option is "Get past" wich one could be more suitable.
