Question about English (US)

kimchi is one of famous korean's foods, but I don't think that foreigners will like it, too. I think it's definitely acquired tastes and even a lot koreans don’t like. It tastes sour and strong. However, I guess a lot haters can be changing to like it when they are used to kimchi. I can't live without kimchi. Does this sound natural?
