@chr1sn All of them sound very good! But let me say some things I thought of while reading through your sentences.
Most English speakers would agree that using “in order to join” and “to take part” in this context are synonyms, so either of those will work fine! The same applies for “have to be able to”, “must be able to”, and “need to be able to.”
Also wanted to give some other sentences you can use
1. In order to be eligible for this program, you should be able to swim 300 m without stopping.
2. For you to be able to join this program, you need to swim 300 m without stopping.
3. To be a part of this program, you have to be able to swim 300 m without stopping
