I got off the bus earlier than usual on my way home from work today to walk a little more. Since I have put my weight too much, the last check-up report shows that I need some exercise to loose my weight. Does this sound natural?

1. "in order to" is more descriptive and makes the "purpose" of your walk more clear. "to" could be used but it makes the sentence less clear since the preposition "to" has many purposes.
2. "in order to loose weight" would have still made sense but would also have sounded too redundant since you already used the word "since" to connect the the 'weight gain' with the fact that you 'needed some exercise'.
